AVOCET TOWER

 

At Transwestern, I designed marketing materials and refreshed brand assets for properties across the company’s commercial real estate portfolio. One of my main clients was Avocet Tower, a premier office building in downtown Bethesda, Maryland. From email campaigns and brochures to event signage, every piece aimed to help Avocet Rise Above the competition.

The Email Blast, Elevated.

At Transwestern, we often use use emails to notify other real estate brokers in the industry to the updates going on at our properties or to remind them of certain building perks. However, so does everyone else in the industry. The challenge is finding ways to make them stand out in a sea of marketing emails. Stunning imagery, incorporating motion graphics, and interactive elements are a few ways I’ve attempted to do that.

Here is an example of one of the latest Email Campaigns that I designed for Avocet Tower. These include a Deal Announcement Template for new leases in the building, a General Overview on what sets Avocet apart from the competition, a Location eblast featuring some of the nearby dining and retail options, another that highlights of some of the Amenities available to tenants, and two Availability emails–one for full-floors, one for suites.

Expanding Avocet Tower’s Reach

At Transwestern, we created targeted Realty Ads shared on various social media platforms and industry-specific websites for properties in our portfolio, with the aim to connect with potential clients beyond our current network. By telling authentic stories and highlight unique opportunities and features of the office building, we can effectively expand reach and engagement. These are a sampling of designs I created for Avocet Tower.
